If you register for one of our events, we will process the personal data required by you to register, for example your address, first name, last name, e-mail address, company or institution, and telephone number. We process your personal data pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR within the framework of pre-contractual and contractual relations for the purpose of registration and execution of the event. As part of the technical realization of the registration form, your personal data will be transmitted to third parties. We have no influence on the technical conditions. We delete the data generated in this context after the storage is no longer necessary, or restrict the processing if statutory retention obligations exist. You may object to the processing of your personal data at any time. However, participation in the events is no longer possible. We point out that the owner of this website is Effetti srl and responsible for the treatment ex. art. 28 GDPR 679/2016 in relation and limited to the treatments that Effetti carries out on the site. Effetti srl will only and exclusively carry out site maintenance activities.
